Planning editor sidecar ([planning]).

file names a yaze.plan/1 JSON file (core/project_plan.h), absolute or relative to the project file; use YazeProject::PlanningFilePath() to resolve it. The plan may live outside the repository (for example in a shared notes folder) so several checkouts can share one plan.
